Stake Plan

Teach the importance of sacred covenants and the blessings of temple worship.

Increase the number of members and new converts with current temple recommends.
Improve the reach and impact of Sunday instruction.

Be a minister to others and help them grow closer to the Savior.

Invite all to serve a mission and after serving, continue in finding and teaching the gospel to all around them.
Plan and carry out activities that focus on living the two great commandments.

Create a culture that invites all YSA within the boundaries of each ward to come, serve, and worship.

Help new converts and friends not of our faith gain true conversion and enjoy the blessings of the gospel.

Measures of Improvement

Increase the percentage of members who hold an active Temple Recommend.
Increase the Sacrament attendance percentage in each ward.

Improve the ministering interview percentage in each ward.

Make sure that all members eligible for full-time missionary service have been personally invited to serve (brethren) or pray to know if they should serve (sisters).
Keep precise records of Sacrament Meeting and second hour attendance.
